Ñustas is an e-learning platform for Latin American women who want to change their professional career paths. They offer group and individual coaching sessions remotely. Their goal is to help women gain confidence and learn how to navigate the ups and downs of career development, especially in male-dominated corporate environments.
Our role was to help them create a new brand strategy, redesign their visual identity, and design and develop their website, including online shopping capabilities.
The rebrand was the result of a significant transformation of the company and its positioning as a brand. Ñustas is not just a coaching group, but a community of women supporting one another. They assist each other in navigating career changes and immersing themselves in new phases or transformations. With all of this in mind, we designed a visual identity that is both fun and flexible, while maintaining a clean and polished appearance.
Efficiency was a major challenge for the Ñustas team, as their previous sign-up and payment system was very manual and time-consuming. To address this issue, we redesigned and developed their website with the goal of allowing new coachees to sign up for programs and pay online. By doing so, the Nustas team could generate income even while they slept, freeing up time to focus on other aspects of the business.
